So I bought a Miele coffee machine from this website back in 2018. Imagine my happiness after finding it for a really cheaper price, it feels like it was really a good decision, until the pump stopped working about 2 years after. Of course I called the service center right-away for repair because it’s out of this store’s 1-year warranty, after talking to Ehd to complain about the matter, while they were able to arrange a repair service for me, we end up having to pay about $3500 for parts + repair, and that is a BIGG BILL for a mere 2-year old machine. I don’t feel they deserve my full 5-star rating.

I found this website on Google and made the decision to purchase because their prices are way cheaper than buying at the store. It was a smooth transaction and my orders arrived despite the pandemic, which is really a pleasant surprise, the packaging and product itself are all in perfect condition.

There was a delay in receiving my order
I wasn’t notified at the time of placing my order that there would be a delivery delay of my order, and did not find out until the team notified me about 1 week before I was supposed to receive my items. Luckily there was also an unfortunate delay with my construction project as all foreign workers were banned from entering Singapore. Would appreciate it if we were informed earlier regarding the situation and potential effect with the Covid pandemic!

unbeatable products and prices. I got my products and they look magnificent especially the Gaggnaun. It did take them a while to respond to my messages, and responses were a bit slow. didn’t live up to the name instant services copany.
safest way to shop during this virus period
I’ve only found this place because of the virus outbreak and it is the safest place to shop during this period. Very glad that they have great pricing as an added bonus. The products came in without hassle but they don’t offer unpacking so do check the items as soon as possible.

I ordered a mirror and showerhead – both items were very late! When I tried callng through to get a response, by then they said item would be another weeks wait. Disappointed.

Overall good experience
We did have a mostly good experience however item was not in stock when I placed the order and I was not told otherwise as we would have bought a different item. I got a mail a few days later to advise it would be a further 4-5 weeks delivery so I’m not too happy. However, upon calling the office they sorted out an alternative and it was delivered next day. Awesome.

I just love EuroHome Direct. I have ordered several items from them. The customer services I spoke to are very lovely and friendly. They will always call back when they say they will and will go to all extents to make sure you are satisfied. The delivery people they use are just as awesome – the nicest guys you could meet. They really did go the extra mile for me
Amazing customer service, unbeatable on price! I neededd my appliances fast, my fault that I left it late, they delivered my Miele appliances all within 30 days. If the exact product I wanted wasn’t on their website they managed to find it and get it up on the website for me to order. They really did go the extra mile for me. Fantastic! Sent the wrong variation
We ordered a model of Dornbracht faucet online and finally the item arrived at my doorstep but, actually they sent the wrong variation (Chrome vs Matt Platium). We got in touch with the Customer Service and they admitted and quickly resolved the problem by sending the correct variation while taking the old one back. Initially we were quite worried and disappointed but most importantly the issue was fixed.
Awesome array of appliances
I could not wait for my new kitchen to come together! Very excited, until the day I ordered the necessary appliances for my new kitchen, Eurohome has been very insightful. The products they offered also very broad and all the prices are very competitive. Although there are some issues on the website, the customer service provide quick helps for my enquiries.
Great overall service
Great communication throughout the ordering process. Cheapest price I could find on the net, stock levels sufficient for quick delivery. Installation option chosen and done very well – the integrated door for our kitchen needed modifying and all the tools were had by the fitter to do the job. Very happy. Totally recommend them.

Online ordering system
The online ordering system was not set up correctly and I couldn’t select the variation I wanted for a Duravit cabinet. They had to make me an invoice for the purchase and it was a huge waste of time.
Excellent Company to do business with
I purchased a Bosch Washing Machine which is a great product. The price was excellent although delivery is expensive. However, even after adding in the delivery costs this product was still cheaper than elsewhere. EuroHome Direct were very good and communication was good. The item was delivered on time by helpful delivery people. I received an after-delivery followup to check that everything was okay. I was more than happy with this company so recommended.

Down to earth and honest merchant to deal with. can actually order products not listed on the website which meant I could order everything in one go!
Enquire the delivery date in advance
Our order arrived within 2 weeks on pallets, well packaged and undamaged. Only criticism was there is no indication on delivery date online and was only provided upon enquiry. Suggest sending them a quick email to ask. That being said, in terms of pricing it was the cheapest on market and service is great. This is actually our second order with them in this year and would come back again for more. it’s quite addictive and hard to look back.

Forklift needed for delivery
I bought 2 Liebherr wine fridges from Eurohomedirect. The experience was excellent. The communication before and after my order was outstanding. While I have yet to install the fridges, they arrived intact and there is no reason to believe there will be any problems. The experience was painless and pretty much trouble free so I will probably use them again. My only criticism is that the delivery guy needed to use a forklift without telling me and I have some stairs in front of my building. This had nothing to do with Eurohomedirect however and we are able to carry the fridges up with the help of the security guys of my building.
Oven & fridge order
We bought a Gaggenau oven and a fridge last week and received a detailed email one day later saying that delivery would take one to four weeks. Just over two weeks later, we already received the shipment details as the appliances were sent out from England. We could literally track the shipment from when it left London Airport until it got delivered to us. While we would have liked to support a local supplier it is hard to justify how much more they charge. We saved over $25000 and the service was excellent. We would definitely buy from this website again in the future!
exceptional quality and in time
Recently I bought a steam oven on Eurohomedirect. Initially I was concerned about buying online but could not source the appliance I wanted in Hong Kong. Space constraints made my selection options very limited. Since they had the item I was seeking, answered my questions quickly pre-order, so I committed to buy. Tracking details were provided so the article could be tracked during its journey from the other side of the world! I am very glad I bought from EuroHome as the steam oven arrived in exactly the time advised, was of exceptional quality (as I had hoped) and fitted the space perfectly. So good when things work out as you hope they will. It is a great product and we love it. Thank you, highly recommended!

Purchased 3 pieces of furniture, but no indication was given on the site that one of them wasn’t in stock. Also no communication whatsoever after the ordered was placed and accepted. All that being said the products are of excellent quality.

Minor issue but resolved promptly
I ordered a few taps and a vanity mirror between Christmas and New Year, delivery was a week late as expected due to holiday delays but not bad considering they were even responsive during the holiday seasons. One tap was mis-aligned but a phone call helped sorted that out. Overall pretty happy with the purchase expereicen.

I ordered all of my bathroom sanitary products by email and was told there were a couple of items that need a week of wait time for delivery.After exactly 1 week they reached out and informed it’s already been sent out. They were the cheapest I could find anywhere. From my experience I would recommend this store to others.

Almost perfect
Overall very, very happy and would likely buy from Euro Home Direct again. The website is clear and easy to navigate, the communication and follow up of my order were fantastic and the notifications on delivery time was accurate. For me, it just fell short at the last step as the french doors of the fridge-freezer combo were a little misaligned. This was quite an expensive item after all. Luckily the instructions were found and we aligned the doors ourselves. Not sure but this may be the manufacturer’s flaw as the box was delivered unopened in original packaging. overall still excellent experience.

packaging can be improved.
Price was unbeatable, but I was somewhat disappointed with how the item arrived in a box that lacks sufficient protection. One corner of the package was delivered with a small punctured hole and partly ripped open, possibly due to transportation. luckily items inside were undamaged. already advised customer service to put extra packaging on fragile items. Hopefully this will improve in the future. otherwise the whole experience was without hassle.

However, we will make sure extra packaging is applied to boxes that are not strong enough to withstand the transportation. That being said, minor damages to the packaging is sometimes inevitable. The venthood is lovely however....
The cookerhood is great, but the ventilation pipe was a little long for an average kitchen and if the instructions on how to install it were followed completely, it would have been too low to fit perfect. so we had to fit the pieces together by adjusting it to the correct height and lift it up to the cabinet bracket which took 2 men as it was very heavy….. really just pay the installation fee save yourselves the unnecessary trouble!

When it was time to renovate our apartment, we set out to purchase premium appliances like Bosch and Electrolux. Luckily, we were able to upgrade to Gaggenau with the more or less the same budget after we found this site. A true gem!

Wait time needed for items not in stock
We ordered a few faucets and Duravit sinks, the sinks they were able to source quickly, but took 2 weeks to source the faucets, if you need something in urgent, maybe better off buying local… but even local vendors may or may not have stock. Still happy with the drastic savings.

Order in advance if you want sofa
They’ve quoted the stupid Natuzzi recliner sofa would take 3.5-4 months to arrive. checked with Natuzzi HK, they’ve advised a lead time of 5 months! Totally ridiculous.. Better order way in advance if you want European sofas. If you want something quick, stick with a chinese made brand.

Some Miele product codes are not found here? took me a while to find the correct products that would fit. they claim they carry the full product range? not the case!

Best option with reaslistic prices
As an UK expat, I don’t understand how the local shops can be such a rip-off in regards to pricing. Almost everything with a ‘made in Europe’ tag is gold-plated. EDH has a wide selection of products with realistic price tags, pretty much the most sensible option I’ve found thus far.
